From 1938 to 1975, Adelaide celebrated an annual Flower Day to show pride in Adelaide city by beautifying it with mass displays of flowers.
Some 46 years later, Flower Day will make its long-awaited return on Thursday 23 September 2021, brought to you by the City of Adelaide.
Flower Day is an opportunity for residents, businesses, schools, events and organisations across the city to brighten the city streets with flower installations, activations and more. From statement floral installations to community events, we encourage you to get involved and want to hear your creative ideas!
